As former CHRO and in my current work as leadership coach and non-executive member of several boards, I have gained valuable insights into the dynamics of organizations and of the people on their teams and boards. I have seen how an individual can make a big difference in finding and strengthening the right path for the organisation (and hence for its teams), society, and other stakeholders.
“Each leader is there to make a difference.”
